Buzz Travel Marketing India Private Limited is one of India’s dynamic travel representation companies with a core focus on NTO representation.
Most travel agents & tour operators do NOT like to work with other travel agents since they consider them competition. We inspire confidence since:

Marketing plan outline

SWOT
A quantitative SWOT analysis will be conducted on the Indian market specifically for the National Tourist Office profile. This will include a through study of the Indian traveler’s preferences, profile and segment.

Competitor analysis
Once again it is imperative that your company understands that the competitors that exist in their home market may not necessarily be the same that exists in the Indian context.

Positioning statement
Your company must have a clearly defined positioning statement of what their product is and decide whether this needs to be changed for the Indian market. Not all positioning statements apply in all markets.

Objective
The objective of having representation in India may vary from that of the home market. This is perhaps the most critical of all aspects of the marketing plan. Buzz Travel Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. will sit down with you to ensure that the objectives are achievable and realistic.

Action plan
A comprehensive action plan will be presented to your company including all recommended activities both included in the retainer fee and those at the client’s expense. The final decision will rest with the client however the objectives may have to be revisited once final decisions are made regarding activities.

Review
A monthly report will be prepared for your company commenting on activities carried out, competitor activities, market analysis, etc.

Clientele
In the last four years, Buzz has worked with many different travel organizations both individually and through cooperative projects within and outside of the travel industry. It is through the consistent quality of our work that we have retained many clients for several years and substantially expanded our new client base.
